Be Kind To Yourself
Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. This all sounds great, but it is much easier said than done, especially when it comes to ourselves.
Kindness can be directed to others easier than we can address it to ourselves. We see it every day, a random act of kindness, and yet we can give it easier than we can accept it.
Kindness is a positive action, an emotion that can affect the mind, body, and soul. It can brighten a dark day or boost morale for anyone. The key is allowing kindness into your life and incorporating into your everyday routine.

We are our own worst critics and tend to be harsher on ourselves than we are others. We tend to brush off compliments directed to us and will not hesitate to point out our own mistakes or flaws. This is where we can learn to work on being kind to ourselves actively.
Here are some tips to consider when working on the kindness towards yourself:
-Cut yourself some slack, we all make mistakes. Learn from the error, and find a way to love yourself for it anyways.
-Acknowledge your faults and weakness, but don’t use them against yourself. Be kind to yourself, and others will follow suit.
-Focus on your strengths and love yourself for them. When we focus on what we are great at it is not only easier to be kind to ourselves but a sense of pride, confidence, and general awesomeness shines through.
-Be kind to your body. Eat right, get plenty of sleep, and treat yourself (with moderation).
-Always love yourself, no matter the situation. If it’s a mistake, enjoy yourself for making that mistake and grow from it. If you kicked butt than loving yourself for that. Love yourself, love yourself, LOVE YOURSELF.
